What is DOGE doing? Can they be stopped?

We have hard evidence that the DOGE staff changes to computer systems have done damage.

Jeff Hauser was on the Nicole Sandler show talking about Musk DOGE Watch.

The whistleblower on Maddow talked about what was done with in National Labor Relations Board. He said that the same is happening in other agencies.

I believe that Elon Musk and the policies of DOGE must be stopped. The more we learn about what they are doing, the more clear it will become they have to be stopped. How to stop them is one question, what to do next is another. Major corporations, industry groups and economists KNOW DOGE is destabilizing government. But they are afraid to say it. So we do.

My premise is that while we can link deaths to kids in South Sudan to the USAID cuts in food aid in America, that’ not big enough to register. DOGE changes to the computer systems need to be big enough to lead to the deaths of THOUSANDS of Americans. Specifically, white, male Republican Americans.

DOGE and Musk are not just making simple “mistakes” but are doing damage that will destroy lives.

Who must be convinced of that damage? The public? Republicans in Congress? Judges?

If they are told to stop, but don’t, then what?

Who will undo & repair the damage they have done?

ProPublica is having an event on Thursday to talk about what they know based on their reporting. I registered and have a few questions for them.

So here are my questions for the ProPublica people

1) Within the Federal government, who can technically ORDER DOGE to stop all their actions with computer systems? Names & titles. Who has the authority?

2) Some courts have ordered stopping of DOGE actions. What happens if it is found that DOGE did not stop? What are the penalties? Contempt of court? Fines? Who pays? Can anyone be sent to prison?

3) If DOGE stopped, who will pick up their tasks? The previous fired staff? If not, who?

4) Experts have warned a disaster will happen with DOGE’s actions on payment systems, when a disaster happens, who can order the systems to be repaired? Who is hired to repair them? If the Trump Trump admin will not hire back the people who kept the systems running, who will they hire? Which outside contractors will be brought into privatize it?

What policies are in place that won’t allow the people who ran the system that DOGE fired, to come back?

So far DOGE’s actions have led to the crashing of the Social Security website. In the commercial world a contractor who screwed up that bad, costing MILLIONS of dollars an hour in revenue, would be fired. They would be sued for damages.

5) Is DOGE protected from financial liability for crashing the computer payment systems, since they are part of the government?

6) If there was information that Musk & DOGE intentionally took steps that were known to reckless with their coding actions, and it led to a financial disaster, which lead to DEATH for some people, is anyone CRIMINALLY liable?
