Happy Thanksgiving!

The good Dr. Zaius reminded me that I haven't posted for awhile. Thanks for noticing Dr. Z! I'm not so big headed to put up things like 'Light posting' for the next two weeks. I'm rapidly working my way back down to 19 readers. Part of it might be that I feel like I have nothing new to say or action to recommend. I assume you all are reading what I read so if I can't provide something new I don't always want to say, "Go read (insert favorite blog here)" See my blog roll for some folks I read if you want to see who I like.

I'm working on some stuff now and hopefully I'll be able to blog more after it is completed. I might drop some of you a line asking for help to get it completed. Ol' Spocko likes to do things instead of the

I'm thankful for many things. Real friends and "invisible friends". I could go on and name specific people, but then that would seem like an academy award speech and the music would start playing.

Hope you all had a good holiday.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving! Does Spocko like pumpkin pie? We have one left over from yesterday. :-)

Heya, Spocko! Happy post-Turkey Day to you and yours. May your project go sweetly and quickly so you may blog when you choose.

Thanks again for the heroic work these last few years with KSFO and Melanie Morgan's Move America Off The Cliff stuff. Excellently well done.

If you are running out of blog material, you should run for president! We are always out of material. Anyway, we need Vulcans, there are too many humans and monkeys running.

Make that 20 readers. (;

I can no longer remember how I found myself here, via politics or sci-fi. But this may well be the only blog on the planet to combine the two. Hard to resist.

I work with a friend on a sci-fi comic and your comment about 19 readers struck a familiar chord. "Oh look! We had 7 readers today!"

Good luck on your project.

Hi Spocko! Make that 21 readers. I feel you - I've been 'slacking off' for the past year as I've been writing a book, and my blog has suffered, but now that the worst of the writing is over, I'm checking in on old friends and new. I see you occasionally on FDL.

In the multiverse, there is always another reader, Spocko.

Here is something you may find is worth your while to look into:

I've been working on something more substantial than just blogging with the man, but I have a medical condition that keeps getting in the way. It's worth looking into, and may well give you a few new talking points.

Maybe what you need is a new writing idea - something classic and contemporary. Something full of dark humor and renewed warning.

Quite the coincidence, really, because IMHO it is quite time for someone to do a cyberpunk rewrite of "The Twelve Chairs".

For your movie version I recommend that Harry Rollins be cast as the lovable con man Ostap Bender.

Best wishes and please know that I will pay a handsome price for a signed first edition.

Oh, and have a great Xmas season. Please know that your missives are missed.

Maybe you should blog about the immanent terrorist threat of The Cylons. Here's something that may help you spot their operatives on Fox:
